I’m celebrating! Last week I wrapped up an eight-week design leaders fellowship program through OnDeck. It was a huge period of growth and learning; I formed strong friendships with other designers and spent time soaking up a ton of wisdom:
- Building a culture of safety
Yup, we sure DID talk about Brene Brown, and how leaders can lead by example in the vulnerability department.
- Scaling design teams
One of my key takeaways: understanding the importance of growing into leadership at the right pace, and with active support.
- Business + Design
I learned how to estimate design outcomes *in dollar amounts* to construct compelling narratives to business.
